Today on February 28, 2015, I had a surprise for my husband by going into Honda Marysville Motorsports in the process of looking for a larger and more suitable bike for him being that he is of a larger stature. Upon entering the facility, We were greeted by a great guy named Connor McGuire. I have dealt with him in previous occasions and is the best man and salesman in the entire state. He was so kind and courtious and also played a few games and joke while finding the perfect bike for my husband. And we finally did, a 2011 Honda Sabre. Gorgeous bike. We were then reffered to Katie Boston who was nothing less than the same quality and personable service offered by Connor. So nice and polite but also down to earth. When it was finally time to sign to take our new baby home, we met James Burns, who is the financial man behind all of the paperwork to be filed. And we did not feel in any shape way or form intimidated as you would feel at other dealerships. James made us feel comfortable and even explained in a step by step process of our forms and how everything is laid out in front of us. We were not treated as if we were customers or patrons but as if we were family that wasn't seen for a few years after a family reunion. I will not go to any other dealerships for any vehicle or motorcycle purchases again, We are so blessed to have met these people and cannot wait until we come back in and purchase our next bundle of chrome, two-wheeled joy! Well, I became a Convert....from Harley to Honda. I test rode a 2006 Goldwing at another dealership and after that I was feeling pressured by them so I looked elsewheres. Lo and Behold Honda powersports of Marysville answered my calling. Even tho Kait B. was a bit new to the job,she still did an outstanding job. I apologize to (Tom) who lost the sales to me because a lack of communication.....Conner put up quite a fight in dealing with me and also helped in the financing part,he helped with a lot of the paperwork because the store was so backed up with business this day. Mike in Service was very helpful also as far as my concerns were having to do with me wanting to do add-ons myself in the Technical dept. great overall experience.

I stopped in one day when we were in the area to look at some bikes. Very polite salesman greeted us and showed us around. I informed him that I was not ready to purchase a bike at that time. Made no difference to him, he treated us as if we were standing there with our money in hand to make a purchase. He answered all of our questions, and then took us outside to show us a Goldwing. I looked it over and said that I was very impressed with it. The next thing I know I'm on the bike and preparing for a test ride. It has been several years since I was on a motorcycle and the Goldwing felt way to top heavy for me as I drove around the lot. Most salesmen would have said "have a nice day" and went on to another customer. NOT THIS SALESMAN. The next thing he did was to get some help and took a new Goldwing trike off of a display stand, took it outside, charged the battery and started it up. "TRY THIS" he said. So I climbed aboard and was off. This time I was a lot more confident and had a pleasant ride.How many salesmen do you know that would have done all of this knowing there wasn't going to be a sale at the end? I don't know any. While on ebay I hit upon their sight reference a fantastic looking motorcycle that was for sale there. I was able to purchase the bike with the assistance of sales representative Dustin Maynard. He even set up a pre-approval for financing. This was a great help since I live in Latonia Kentucky about 125 miles away. They then kept the bike there due to the weather until I could get home. I did not get this kind of service from my local Honda dealer. I may even return there for service. I would recommend this Dealer in marysville to anyone. Even if they had to travel a long distance.

I just stopped to check if there were any left over 2013 Goldwings and to get a price, they had exactly what I was looking for. My husband Gary and I traveled over 9 hours to get to Marysville to pick up a Honda Goldwing. Dustin was the salesman and we so enjoyed him! It was the coldest day of the year, and we arrived 9am Saturday morning with our little Chihuahua in our truck pulling a trailer. Everyone we met was so friendly and courteous and spoke with us so candidly. They made us feel very comfortable and answered all our questions. James, the financial representative was incredibly funny! And of course he did a great job helping us out with his part in our adventure. He made a normally boring part quite enjoyable! He is not just good at his job but obviously enjoys it as well. They were able to get us a cover for the motorcycle at a discounted price which we really appreciated. When it was time to load the bike Dustin offered to back the truck and trailer up to the door and did so nicely. He then drove the bike up with Conor the GM assisting (without a coat, short sleeved I might add) and they took the needed amount of time to get it positioned just right and then Conor came in and talked with me about his job and listened to my story of how we began to ride motorcycles. He seemed to be genuinely interested and made me feel like he was actively listening. Dustin and Gary must have tied for an hour! Finally we were ready to go! By this time I was so ready to be on the road but truly hated to say goodbye to these lovely people! I had been going with my husband to many of the dealerships here in Va and was not only not impressed with their customer service but was actually angered by some of the negative responses we received. So I was so surprised with the excellence of service we received at this Honda dealership in Marysville. I almost stayed in the motel-boy would I have missed a great time!! I am so glad I went and have a great story to tell!! Hello Conor, Dustin and James! You guys are so nice and made us feel so special! Thanks again! I do hope I get the opportunity to see you again! I was very pleased with my purchase. I called and told them the bike I was looking for and when I would be arriving at the dealership. They were expecting me and had the motorcycle prepared for a test drive. We had some fun-spirited "haggling" and arrived at a price that I was very happy with. Bought a used XR50 on Saturday...no haggling at all, saw Dustin, saw the bike and bought it. Dustin made me feel comfortable with the equipment and I knew of Honda's reputation. Bought the bike as a surprise for my boys and they were freaky with happiness when I brought it home. They spent the next day riding it and the bike started to stall while idling. Contacted Dustin and service and talked with Jeff there. Dustin had my wife bring the bike in on Monday and Jeff showed her and my boys where the idle adjustment was. It fixed the problem. Then Jeff took the bike for a ride and checked over a few more things just to be sure. My wife just called and said that they got home and the kids have been glued to the seat driving around nonstop. No problems at all! Really, really, good customer service from both sales and service. The kind of things that makes me loyal to a place (and will hopefully convince my wife that this is the place to buy her XR110 and my 150F)!!!!! Thank you Honda Motorsports!

Tom and Kelly were great. Tom kept me in the loop about the bike and reminding me about the discount and it expiring in the next week. He gave me a great overview of the bike. He was quickly and timely with providing me some rough estimates on payments just based upon conversation so I could take some time and look at the numbers and make a good decision. He walked over to parts with me and got me setup with a delivery date and installing a previously purchased tender at the dealership. I will always handle my business at Honda Marysville. Tom also offered to go over more about the bike once the weather gets better. Overall experience was great.

If you go to buy a bike in Marysville, ask for Tom! I was happy to find the RC51 I had been hunting but happier I could buy it from Tom. i ordered front break pads o a friday afternoon,was told i would be called when they came in,probally on tuesday afternoon. on tuesday afternoon i recieved the call. thanks jay for keeping your word.the next morning i rode in to the service dept. since i didnt have an appt. i ask dan if he could work me in to have the pads installed and the oil changed 1 hour later i was leaving as a satisfied customer. thanks dan for getting everything taken care of in that short of time. also id like to thank doug the tecknican for the great job he did and for taking the time to tell me i should keep an eye on. everyone i dealt with acted like a true professional again thanks for great experience guys

While buying my wife a new pilot I stopped to look at bikes. A friend and co-worker both had mentioned how well they were treated I decidied to stop and see. I ended up trading my bike for a nice used VTX. Then a month later took my Harley in and Conner & Ryan made me a deal on a new Goldwing that I could not refuse. I have had my wing in for brake recall and 4000k service and Dan and rest in service department are great guys. I will not buy from anywhere else, matter of fact went there to buy a work vehicle and once again got the royal treatment from Conner & Ryan. i've always been satisfied with the service dept. dan and the mechanics have always went above and beyond to make sure i was totaly satisfied.the sales dept.is another story.before ryan maguire came on board,to be blunt the sales dept. sucked after i bought my first bike there it was like i didn't exist. i could come in and walk around for a half hour or so and not be approached and talked to by anyone, which to me is not how a business should be ran.since ryan became GM. that has totaly changed.now whenever i come into the store,within a couple of miniutes someone has came up to me and asked how i am and if there is anything they can help me with.that's the way i think a business should be ran. if they're not busy,they'll all take the time to just shoot the shit so to speak.so hiring ryan maguire was about the best decison honda marysville could have made.i first met ryan in the summer of 2010,when he was working at another dealership and i was looking around for a different bike about 2-3 months later i stopped at honda marysville to get an oil change i just getting ready to leave when i heard someone call my name, and it turned out to be ryan.not only did he remember me,he remembered what i was looking for.within appx. an hour and a half we had worked out a trade that satisfied both of us. now like i said,whenever i come in,i get treated with respect.as long things stay as they are i'll continue being a honda marysville customer. i'm 100 percent satisfied.

I had the pleasure of working with Mike on resurrecting a 1983 Honda Nighthawk 550. Over the course of 2 weeks he continually kept me updated and minimized the replacement parts to only what was needed to get this bike up and running again! The straight four carburetor had sat for at least five years but your guys were able to clean it, replace a few parts and seal them up again. I really do appreciate the quality of work that Mike and the Honda mechanics did for this bike. Your guys are the best! I will recommend and continue to bring my bike to Honda Marysville for any future repairs or maintenance that is needed.

I contacted most of the Michigan dealerships but could not find a good deal. I started searching outside Michigan in the bordering states and began contacting various dealerships. Honda Motor Sports in Marysville beat all the other dealerships prices and had the most friendly staff. I have purchased three motorcycles from Honda of Marysville this year. The service, sales, parts and management were more courteous, friendly, and honest than any of the other dealerships I have dealt with in prior years. I plan to stay a loyal customer for life. Honda of Marysville really lives up to their philosophy and slogan that " They want the customer to be totally satisfied". Ive purchased two motorcycles from this dealership and I'm about to buy another one from them in a few days. This is the only dealer in central Ohio where youll find vehicles priced at actual fair market value, instead of a 10 to 30% mark-up over average retail. That makes a huge difference when you drive it off the lot. You dont need to have any special skills to get an honestly descent price at this dealership. You just have to show up.
